I tend to take things very literally and have been following the program exactly as is. So on level 3 it says to do sets of pushups plus a max then the next exercise is 7 seconds up 7 seconds down. I've failed the level twice now which is fine because I'm not quite there. But my question is if you do a max set of pushups how can you follow up with the 7 sections up down? It feels like no matter what you will be fatigued going into the up/downs?
