During a workout where it involved dips aftervi finished the dips my left tricep was in pain and I couldn't finish the push routine because of it. It still hurts a day later and now I find it hard to do tricep dips. I don't think it's too serious to go to a doctor but I was wondering if there were any suggestions for curing this injury. I ice it every once and a while and take a pain killer that reduces swelling every 8 hours. Is there any other thing I can do? I really am making great progress so I don't want this to slow me down too much
