Hi Chris I have seen the full body workout program . I have some questions on burnout routines . Are burnout routines really important to get more stronger . Are burnout routines good to progress quickly .
The burnout routines are necessary for muscle growth, cause you achieve hypertrophy. Muscle growth doesn't mean increased strength in Calisthenics, but I've both gotten stronger and I put on muscle this way.
Listen to what Christian said, Zodore. You will definitely progress if you do the burnout routines. You will not only gain strength, but you will build muscle!!! So yeah, burnout routines are important.💪🏼
