so ive heard a lot that training for more than an hour is counter productive and that ill overkill my body, the problem is that every workout in the program takes me between 2-3 hours, am i doing something wrong?
No, you're not doing anything wrong. It takes me 2 hours more or less as well. These are full body workouts. I think people that say training for more than an hour is bad is for splits. I mean look at Chris, he has always trained full body workouts :D
