Hey Chris. So I got to level 17 and was able to do all of the work outs beside the one arm hang. I ended up just do them as one arm negatives. What should I do? Go back a few levels and work my way back up or stay on the 17 until I can do it?

Yeah and possibly do the hangs with assistance with the other hand's fingers (start with 5,4,3,2,1)...
Great answer Gligor! Yeah Danpbass, you should try doing them with assistance. You can also get a towel or a resistance band and hold on to it with your other hand. Make sure you hang on to it lower than the bar, at least a foot lower! Keep lowering your hand until you can do the exercise with it!
