Why the shoulder up downs is so easy? I can do the shoulder up downs for a lot of time and i dont get any pain or sorness in the shoulders. What should I do to make this exercise harder? can i replace the shoulder up downs with handstand wall walk?
I wouldn't stop you from doing that bro, sounds like a good idea. Nevertheless, you need to make sure you're doing the shoulder up and downs right. Personally, this exercise is very easy for me; but I need to constantly check if my form is correct, and so should you. Make sure you keep your body straight and not swinging. Check to see if the platform that you are using is the proper height as well. Do as many reps as you can with proper form, I used to do this when I did this exercise and it definitely helped a lot💪🏼. I agree with Daniel! You might have an advantage in your shoulders, so no reason not to make it more hardcore for you!
