Heeeey everyone. I have two questions.
1. I think i cant do a good muscle up because the wall and the roof are near of the bar and its very hard.
I can do muscle ups in a bar outside but no parallel bars and certain routines with these exercises couldn't do so I do muscle ups after or before routine or replace them or how xd?
2. I was doing the 1 intermediate routine on Youtube of Chris so which would it be my level at the intermediate level?
Thanks everyone!! Keep working mates
Sorry I really don't understand your questions! :/
Srry.
If I can replace muscle ups or dips because if i want to do muscle ups i need to go a park but it doesn't have parallels bar. (bench dips maybe?)
And Im doing your intermediate routine 1 from Youtube so i start at the intermediate level?
Thanks Chris.
You want to know if your at an intermediate level?
I think he wants to know what can he do instead of dips, like similar exercises cuz he doesn't have parallel bars. And he suggested bench dips.
Yeah I know bro, that's why I suggested what I suggested. But let's wait to see what Christian thinks though.
Well, is there absolutely no possible way for you to do dips on the park? If so, do straight bar dips, it's that simple. If you can't do straight bar dips for whatever reason, maybe replace dips with bench dips and regular push-ups or another variation of push-ups. Wait to see what Christian's suggestion is though.
For example:
10 dips=10 bench dips + 10 push-ups(variation may vary)
Yeh i can do straight bar dips or bench dips . Will see
And the last question was: If I did this routine:
Should i must start at level 11= intermediate lvel. ?
Ty everyone .
You can start at which level suits you, but yes if you can do this routine on YT, it's considered intermediate on the program. But it's your choice, if you've been working out for like half a year or so, you can start from lvl 10+ or so since you don't really need to do negative pull ups or dips (lvl 1,2,3,4)
