Chris fullbody workout helped me to build strength and muscle in the first place but now im building mostly strength
so the problem its the fullbody workout or my diet ?but i was building muscle with 2000 calories and now i eat almost 3000.Should i try 2 day splits (1st day upperbody 2nd lower body3rd rest) or any other type of split or just see how it goes for 1 month and than change it if i dont see results.What do you suggest?

Sorry I don't really understand your question. Try to be more clear - What is your goal, and what is the problem that seems to stop you from reaching it?
My goal is to build muscle and strength!I watch some videos on youtube and they say to change your workout program(fullbody,splits...)
If the fullbody workouts for me dont work like to build muscle change it to try the other things too(splits, 2day splits)and i wanted your personal advice cause you only do fullbody workouts!
I have always done full body workouts. If splits fits your daily schedule better (Working out every day but the workouts last half the time), then do splits. try both, see what works best.
Yes i really like fullbody workouts and its the only one that fits my daily schedule ill wait for a month and if i dont see changes ill see maybe try the 2 day split.Thanks for the answer!salute
