So I have been training for about 5-6 months now, and I have noticed a lot of strength gains. However, I have been stuck on level 13 for ever now because I just can't seem to get the muscle up. What should I do in order to get the muscle up? Thanks.
I was exactly 8n the same cause i got my first muscle only after 6.5 months of training and what helped me is basically to keep practice it every day.
I have differet problem with a muscle up. I'm working out over a year now and 4 months ago i did my first MU. I keep practicing this on my every workut but very often I can't do even a single muscle up. But sometimes I can do like 10 (of course not in one set). Can you guys tell me why is this happening? I'm making muscle up negatives, tigerbend push ups and all kinds of triceps exercises but i can do a muscle up like once a week. I would really appreciate your help guys :)
Alright alright, take it easy guys. It's ok if you haven't gotten your muscle ups yet, be patient. Practice is all I can say. But then again, it's all about mechanics. Mechanics can help a beginner do a muscle up, and prevent a pro from doing them as well. When I say mechanics I mean form as well. Make sure you are using correct form and that you are using the strength of the necessary muscle to complete the muscle up. Study the muscle up, watch other people do it. Imitate! I got my first muscle up at 4 months training only by watching how Chris did it, also by training💪🏼 obiously hahaha. Si make sure your form is correct and practice explosive pull-ups, tigerbend push-ups, and shuttle push-ups as well. Best of luck! Keep practicing and getting stronger! Be patient and never give up!
