I im doing level 15 for some weeks but i cant do so much muscle ups.
How many levels should i go back?
It demotivate me that im failing :(
Don't let that demotivate you! It all takes a long time. Just cycle through 12-15 for instance until you get stronger. Gaining strength takes a long time!

Hahaha, dude, calm down. First of all, I'm glad you're already at level 15, congrats! But like Chris said, like everything else in life, it takes time! So be patient and determined! Never give up! If you feel demotivated, tell us so we can help bro. Look, I don't expect for you to complete level 15 or even 14 for that matter, I only want you to do your BEST! That's all I want and that's all that matters! There is absolutely no reason to get demotivated if you gave your best bro! You can never regret giving your best.
