hi guys i wanted to know what happends when you can´t finish the reps and sets for an exercise and you failed the level, you stopped your workout there or you continue with the following exercises no mother the level wasn´t killed
You can finish your workout but next workout day you do a lower level. At least that's what I do. If you can't do let's say dips for an example, you can finish the sets & reps with negative dips so you still workout the same muscle groups and not stop the workout, you know, like an easier progression of the exercise just so you still do something for that muscle group (push in this case), and then finish the other exercises from the level, and next time go back a few levels. But it's just how you think of it yourself, this is just one option I had in my mind. Good luck! :)
