I was usually doing my dips on 2 chairs and my pull ups on my pull up bar that hanging in my rooms door, but when im progresing in the levels this setup is not enough, I dont have any park with bars in my city, its a small city with only one park that doesnt have any bars. do you guys have any suggestions about where I can workout? (my father is to strict about building some bars in my yard)
Substitute excersizes are probably your best bet. Were I live we get 5-6 feet of snow so we're in the same boots, that's what I'm gonna try anyway. I'm pretty sure you won't notice a difference in gains. The main thing is consistency.
So what youre saying is that I should keep doing dips and pull ups?

Everybody here inspires me I'm recovering from wrist injury so I can't do much. Since my knee is also bad enough that I can only work legs for a few minutes. Another injury lol
