I just did the CUR and uploaded it on youtube. I would really appreciate It when you watch it and give any advice, where I can improve. So but first I have to say, that I injured both my legs. The left leg is almost recovered, but my right leg isn't recovered yet. So because of that my pistol squat form isn't that good, but I will definitely work on them and when I'm full recovered I will make a new video! Thanks for your support!
