If you wanna do it you are going to do it but, I am tired 😴 from school and studying and I am preparing my food myself eating about 100 grams of Oats bananas 4 eggs fruits nuts before I go to school a lot food
I an feeling that I won't be able to stick to my work out schedule and
I am very depressed high school first year

Well one thing you can do is if you've been doing full body workouts, switch it to splits (one day pull & push, one day legs & core). That's what I do because I don't have too much time. Just plan it out yourself, I mean we could plan it out for you but if you don't like it what's the point. How much sleep do you get? I figured I'm tired when I have school from 7:30 AM, but that's because I went to sleep at like 2AM so I only got about 5 hours of sleep, instead of the 8. Now I go to sleep at like 10-12 so I have much more sleep and I don't feel tired throughout the day. I'm sure you'll figure something out, good luck, don't give up! :)

Don't sleep too late Jack, it's really hurting your stamina and the ability for muscle growth and for the muscles to recover. Also, great suggestion by Gligor to do splits. I do splits myself and the give me enough time to recover and don't take a lot of time of my day. So that's my suggestion as well. Give sleep it's place as well, don't sleep late doing homework when you could have done it earlier. Make sure your getting enough energy from fruits and water as well. No excuses!
