Hello!
So today after workout i got this pain in shoulder and i'm sure it's because i've been going really really slow on onearm negatives and did like 2chinups with each arm through the workout
Shall i give my upper body 2days rest? It's pretty sharp and painful i mean, on scale to ten it's 6/10 and it hurts pretty bad when i try to do pullups, dips etc

I'd give it about a week of rest and then go slow and easy on the upper body. This type of pain is common when trying out new exercises or pushing yourself a little too far. This happened to me a while back. Try to take it slow, you need to realize the type of pressure you're putting on your shoulders by doing slow negative one arm chin-ups and one arm chin-ups.
