I need to be able to do muscle up negatives but my pull up bar in my house is too close to the ceiling. Is there an alternate workout I can do to work the same area of the body?
Since the negative muscle up targets mainly the triceps shoulders & chest and a little lats & biceps, I'd say you can do something like a combination of exercises that work the triceps shoulder & chest, like maybe tiger bend push ups + diamond push ups or tiger bend push ups + dips. You'll figure something out.. Maybe there's a lower bar nearby where you can do the negative muscle up.
