OK i have a problem getting in 3500+ calories a day. The hard part is i get done with breakfast at 7 am and don’t get to eat lunch till 1 pm in school. I am aloud to eat at 10 am and would like some food ideas to eat (have to be ready to eat)? I have the same problem from 1 pm to 4 pm. The thing is this one is worse because i swim from 1:45 to 2:45 and burn off the food i just ate at lunch. That means i need to eat and wondering what i should eat and how much i should eat then because i want to workout when i get home at 4.
