Hello!
So since it's getting cold and winter is coming, i put pullup bar in my door gap, but i cant do muscle ups, like i hit my head and my elbows hit the door plates, so i can't do muscle ups, what should i do if i can't do muscle ups, oh and i can't do dips aswell, i mean parallel bar tips, i could do straight bar tips, it's anonying but i can handle it. Like with what exericses should i replace muscle ups and parallel bar dips
Thanks! :)
"Winter is coming" hahaha lol, reminds me of game of thrones. Well, first of all, I know of people who work out at 0*❄️degrees or less!
Just buckle up right and get to it!!! Now if you won't do that(ok, it's a bit extreme), then I suggest doing straight bar dips or regular dips with two chairs or some parallel platforms. For the muscle ups, hhhmmmmmm, I would suggest the tiger bend push-ups, explosive pull-ups, and shuttle push-ups(straight bars dips are great as well!). But the truth is, it might be worth it to go ❄️outside❄️ to train the muscle ups, just so you don't lose practice, form, and mechanics. That's my recommendation.
