Today I did level 8 and it went pretty well besides for push exercises. They e really hard.

Hey jack and everyone else. I am sorry to tell you but I won't be posting for a while because I have to do a weight lifting class in school and I won't be doing calisthenics for that time. I will continue calisthenics when it is over and I will start posting then as well.
I also have a question. What should you eat after cardio? I think it is protein but I am not sure. And one more thing Thanks for all the support and advice.
Well I made a thread asking if not eating after cardio is bad, and it's not bad if you're not hungry or something like that.
If you have the need for food, Jack basically answered you question, it's kind of the same as any workout, carbs & protein, you just don't want to eat it all back if you're cutting, like you burn 300-400 calories and eat them all back, you don't wanna do that, about 100 calories of a good source of protein (that's like 60g of chicken breast which is 19g of protein) and 100 calories of a good source of carbs (an apple which has 25g carbs or close to that) should be fine I guess.
Carbs but simple carbs like fruits
And fats and after you rest a bit
have some protein
