So i'm an ectomorph and i was wondering if it was ok that i run 2km 2 times a week, lets say monday and friday, because i have some fat over my abs and i want to do some cardio, but i don't want to lose muscle since it's pretty hard for me to gain muscle since i'm ectomorph
Like 2km mid pace before doing legs/core for warmup, i'm doing split workouts, one day upperbody(push,pull) and second day core/legs so running 2km before doing legs ok?

Ok Bro, here's the thing. I think that it would benefit you better if you did the fat-burning routine that Chris has in his YouTube channel. I would recommemd doing that routine every legs/core day. I suggest about four to five sets of advanced routine. Good luck! Salute!
