Hey for doing full body workouts, shouldn't you get 2 days of rest for your muscles to recover..? Or is it just fine with 1 day?
Depends. One day should be enough, but if you're a beginner, then 2 days might not be to bad. Try two days for a while(3 weeks-1month) then try switching to 1 day.
It also depends on how you're feeling, some days you'll feel really tired and sore; and others you'll feel like you're ready to go. So listen to your body and push yourself!

Takes 48 hours for muscles to rest, so it's fine :) I've been doing it for 3 years now (y)
