Hello!
So i just watched that video and i was wondering, like do i have to carry paper with me all the time where i have stuff that i need or chris just remembers it, started doing what he does, packed 3bottles of 0,5 water on my school bag so i can hydrate, because usually i dont drink anything at all at school, which leaves me 8-15.00 like 7hours without water.
So i just write everything on paper and carry it all the time or how?
That's completely up to you my friend!
