Hey guys,
First of, i would like to take the opportunity to thank Chris, thanks to you i've decided to change my lifestyle!
My name is Jeremy, i'm 26 years old and from Holland (the Netherlands). A couple of years ago i went from a service engineer to a technical project coordinator, a job in which u get to sit a lot..I stopped doing motocross when i was 19, and ever since i have the feeling that my body is deteriorating from the lack of exercise and i've tried multiple things, also going to the gym.. But eventually i quit due to a lack of inspiration, pulling weights just isn't my thing. Ok enough Drama!
Once i saw the calisthenics program i was amazed of the strength, balance and endurance of the body. The exercises itself are interesting and developing as your body develops.
I have started yesterday with training, after doing some research on diets (Thanks for the calculator!!).
Currently i am 202cm in height and weighing 87 kilograms. My goal is to push myself every training and to ensure that my diet is on point. My goal for the first year is to grow 10 kg using Chris his calculator and doing raw and hard work!
I will try to keep a log of the training developments and hope to present my one year transformation in october 17'.
I do actually have a question regarding reps. Is it best to be able to do the maximum amount of reps given before progressing to the next level. Same questions obviously is for the amount of sets.
Thanks in advance and wish you all a good night!!
Great reply from Gligor!
And keep it up Jeremy, looking forward to hear about your progress!
Thanks Christian for the welcome:)!
