I am doing this program for over a month now and I wanted to send a video of me doing the basics exercises so you guys could tell what I'm doing wrong and I could learn from that, so please share your opinions. thanks
and I also suggest that if you are a beginner like I am, than you should send a video of you doing the basics as well, it will help you increase your results safer, and with less mistakes. (but this is just my opinion, you don't have to agree)
