I am starting the program tomorrow, I already have a background in calisthenics for the past 6 months. I was wondering if I should get the same amount of one arm push ups on both arms, cause my left are is far weaker than my right arm.
Hell yes!!! Don't make the mistake of training one arm or leg more than the other! Believe me, I know! If anything you should do more on your left side until it levels to your right arm. But never, ever, under any circumstance, do more on your strong side............even if you can. Work hard Bro!!!
