Hey, when im doing the heel touches I dont feel anything in my side abs/obliques. I feel it in my abs, it feels like Im holding a crunch, not like the side crunch where I can feel my side abs. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make the side abs to work in this exercise? Thanks alot (:
What are you doing? Chris's program or your own(trying to get the side abs burning!) If you're doing Chris's program, stick to it....period.
If you are training yourself and are trying to hit the obliques; then I would suggest side plank, side leg raises, alternating heel touches, side knee raises, and windshield wipers. All these are good exercises for the obliques. Try em out!💪🏼
