So this might be a strange and stupid question. I got the workout program back in January, but I didn't start training seriously till March even though I could do some levels (also didn't have a pull up bar till March), and quickly after that I got injured so I rested till the summer. So basically from summer I started training really hard, still got a lot to go though, but I just wanted to ask if I make the transformation video next summer, is that 1 year or is that year and a half (January-March thing).
Ok, well this is a reccomendation that will be beneficiary to you. There is a chart that states about how much muscle you can naturally build in a year. So search for that and check in between January and Summer to see when it is that you have the gained certain amount of muscle by natural means and then say that that was the time that you finished the year. Another thing you could say is that you wanted to start training for real in March but got injured and THEN started your real journey to one year which will end in Summer 2017. No one can judge you for that, in a way it is still only a one year journey in reality. So those are my two reccomendations. Hope I was of help!
