Can anyone plz help me with the atomic hold i dont know how to do it plz....
Chris shows how to do it on his program, do you have it? If not, do you know how to do atomic sit-ups? If so, then you know that you extend your legs and back and then come forward with your legs bent and off the ground and your back at a 45* degree angle above the ground. So you literally hold that posicion. Legs and back off the ground and your legs are also bent as if your knees wanted to touch your chest but they don't. Your knees should be about a foot or foot and a half away from your chest. Hold that posicion and that's it, you should start to feel your abs burn hahaha. Hope I helped!
Sorry but Actully it is really hard to understand like this but I really need to know cause it's in the workout plan and I am stuck here is there any way of sending a pic or something plz help
If you are doing Chris's program, go to the videos and look for the atomic hold video. You should find it there. If you don't find it, search for the atomic hold on the internet, or look for how to do atomic sit-ups and hold the crunch position. Or look for the atomic sit-ups on Chris's videos. There are two positions on the atomic sit-ups, the "extended" position and the "crunch" position. Holding that crunch position is the atomic hold. Hope I helped.
When you are looking for the atomic hold on Chris's videos, don't expect to see the actual atomic hold on the thumbnail. In fact, the thumbnail for the atomic hold is actually a black background with some white sentences explaining how to do it.

Hold that position, stretch your legs, tighten your core, use your arms only for balance.
Thx for clearing it up, it's a tough exercise to describe. In fact, I was describing another type of atomic hold. The picture is the first type of atomic hold, the extended version. The other type is the crunch version, per se. But anyway, thx for giving me a hand Bro.ππΌππΌπͺπΌ
Yea I understand what you meant by extended and crunch, with the knees coming in and you crunching and you hold it there. I suppose do a mix of both, I have only done the 'extended' one so far though haha. No problem man.
