Hello. In Norway its alot of discussion about intervall training vs long runs at low pulse. I have been doing long walks at 70%. Should i limit that to once a week and do 2x intervall a week? Im going to use 4x4. 4 min 90% pulse. 3min active rest. Etc. But 1 or twice a week, or 3 intervall a week?
This is for getting in shape and burn fat.
I would say at least twice a week Bro. Three times a week, if you're up for it, for better results on burning fat.
Yea start with twice and then add more if needed. I read Scoobie's (that honest fitness guru from Youtube) article where he said you can do 30-40 minute cardio everyday. Also, I think you should get used to a bit of light jogs, cycling, walking before you do high intensity, if you're already used to it, go on, but I tried to jump rope when I was fat and still wasn't very active and I got shin splints so.. Careful haha :D But yea at least twice a week like Daniel said.
