hey everyone, usually I am doing my crunches/side crunch without any assistant, but in my last few workout I did my side crunches/ heel touches/ crunches with weights on my feet and I saw that my abs strength was much better, I was able to do twice as much reps and with a smoother, more controlled and better form. does any one knows why this thing happened? and do you think I should keep training with weights on my feet when doing abs exercises? thanks allot!
Weight on your feet give you more balance and you can cheat. If you push hard enough with your feet you can lift yourself up easier than without. I myself use something on my feet that I can balance more, but I try not to use my feet to much.
Please correct me if I am wrong
You're not. Good answer!

So do you think I should keep putting weights on my feet? Or should I avoid it?
Daniel Malo
Well, try not to put weight on your feet, but if you have to just don't put a lot of weight on them. Try to stay balanced(without your feet going off the ground) by working/tightning your core instead of your legs.
