So i felt pain on the inside of my elbow that an exersice that i was doing wrong cause that and i rest for 16 days i was pain free i started to do my workout weighted pull ups and when i got close till failure i felt the pain again chris can you pls tell me what you did to heal your elbow?
Maybe is tennis elbow, I'm not sure, but it is a common injury
Yea it's a common injury that you should gradually workout. Don't rest 16 days and immediately go to weighed pull ups.. Start from normal pull ups so you get used to it again, and wear wrist or elbow bands and do a lot of stretches. One preferred item for any forearm, elbow or wrist pain is Theraband Flexbar, if it's available in your country (or shipping for you country from Amazon or so), I'd definitely get it, look it up, it's not available here so I'm screwed lol as I have some forearm pain. Also just dead hangs get blood flow into the forearm/elbow area, which improves healing.. Not sure though, of course wait for Chris, I'm sure he will probably suggest R.I.C.E method.

Well then don't go to failure, when you start feeling pain, stop, rest, repeat until you have finished working out. Do R.I.C.E as Gligor said. And rest buddy!
Yes but the rice method many physiotherapists say to put ice only when is swelling cause its going to slow down the healing process so idont do it anymore
