Hey there,
today I had a lot of problems at Level 11.
I never really had problems with pull ups and thought that chin ups would be kinda the same. Today I realized though that I couldn't even do more than 3 or 4 chin ups. Are there any other biceps exercises I can do that I am more prepared for next time ?
Also I don't have that flexibility to stretch my legs out for the hanging l sit raises. Whats the best to get myself to that level that I can master these ones ?
