hey guys, im a 18 year old guy who recently started workout out, but know i've come to a part where i can't no longer see progress anymore
i work at at fitness center and was wondering if you have any tips/exercises i can do that helped you guys out??
my goal is just to get more in shape and get more ripped ( arms and abs)
my weight is about 59 kg ( 130 pounds) and i eat pretty healthy
Damn Bro! You're lightweight! But that's ok cause the gains will be more impressive😎💪🏼. Keep working out, not just arms and abs; but full-body workouts is my recommendation. Work the legs, shoulders, chest, and back as well. You're "shape will look better and more balanced overall. As far as tips go...............pacience, determination, a LOT of willpower, and to get more technical...........do the exercises with correct form or you'll get injured.
