Any forumers here doing the 16 week plan and working nightshift? I find i'm over-training due to lack of rest and getting sick ALL THE TIME.... just overall feel like the walking dead :')
my nutrition is good and i have been listening to my body, not too push myself too hard during workouts when i'm fatigued.
I can't afford to give up working out, because i love it too much! Any help or tips for better sleep etc :/
At what time is your shift? How many hours are you at home? In what environment do you sleep(temperature, light, comfort)? How much time does it take you to work out?
