Hey Chris, Any advice for taking better care of your hands? With pullups comes the wear and tear of the palms like blisters and thick calists. Which in result makes it hard to have a good grip for a period of time. Even just hanging with thick calists or blisters makes it very hard to keep a grip
Around 1-2 years ago I was tearing my hands up all the time. Sometimes my hands would bleed in a workout session but now, it never happens. I guess your hands adapt as well. To me there is nothing wrong with getting calusses etc - see it as a positive thing!
Then when you rip hole I would suggest using some sportstape to put around your hand to finish your workout if it's too painful.
