Hey guys, i have a question, i can do about 7-8 explosive pullups, i can do 15 reps for bodyweight dips (+15kg belt) (im 75kg), but when i do a muscle up its always with my left arm first then my right arm. Like i cant get a perfect muscle up, i can get over the bar easily but its always 1 arm 1 second before the other, any tips for getting a perfect muscle up? Also i tried doing tigerbend pushups its just a lot of strain on the elbows. But im sure i have enough strength for the muscle up.

I have the exact same problem man and many people have told me that it can be fixed eventually ...if you're good at explosive pull ups and horizontal bar dips then the transition part of the muscle up will be very easy for you...just keep practising
