Hey Everyone
On January 6. I started to working out with this programm. There i was on highschool and was highly motivated and got a lot of spare time so i could easiliy do the workout. But on August i started my education and realised that i havent much spare time so its difficult to plan the workout in my day. Since i do the program i realised that im a hardgainer, (difficult to put on weight) because of that i am not motivated anymore -.-
The last week i was in a camp and didnt workout. So today is my first day i continue to workout and i decided to start on the beginning level 1(Before i was on level 13). My Question is if its a good idea to do the level twice (Even if i complete the level)?
Look man. You can split the levels in half, and workout everyday. One day Push & Pull, one day Legs & Core, which is what I do because of school, and do less rest time if that helps.
About the demotivation. Look man, this is the hard part, this is where you want to get the inner motivation, release the beast from inside. 5 months ago I was very fat, today I still have +-17% body fat, so I thought there's no results, but the results show by pictures, I wasn't losing any weight at some points, but looking back I was way fatter (Gained muscle probably). But anyway, just because you're genetically 'gifted' like that, it doesn't mean shit really. I mean look at Chris, even those Bar Brothers guys - Lazar, Dusan, they were pretty skinny when they started. They are all beasts now. With correct nutrition and hard work, you'll become a beast too.
Wait I didn't understand your question though. I don't think you should even start on level 1, but it's your choice of course. Do you mean do the level twice in 1 workout day, or do it twice as in Monday and then Wednesday level 1 again?

Btw I'm a hardgainer as well. I don't use that as an excuse though! Hardgainers just gotta eat more.

But that just motivates me even more, the thought of one day being super skinny and weak and another day being ripped and strong is awesome! Bro, what you are going through right now, we've all been there. That's what this forums all about, let us know and we'll help you out. I don't work out because I'm motivated, I work out because I'm tired................tired of living in mediocrity and tired of not taking full control of my life. Just think of it this way, this universe is subject to you, not you to it. You make the decisions. It's your choice Bro. Whether you become the beast(not only physically) you were born to be or not is your choice. Besides, you got us. I wouldn't start in level 1 like Gligor said, and I also recommend doing splits like Gligor said. That way you have more time.............per se. Hope you keep progressing and make the choice to take full control of your life. I hope one day to see the beast that you could become, it would be a privilege. BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!!
