Hey, I have been doing the program for just over a month now, and have gotten up to level 5/6, but have been noticing that whenever i do push ups (with proper form) my shoulders seem to hurt after a few sets. I have been researching and trying to find answers and found that in a youtube video, this guy said that for my case, it meant that my shoulders were weaker than my triceps and chest and kinda believe this theory as my triceps and chest feel fine whilst doing them, so i wanted to get a few other opinions from guys with experience. Is this theory correct? If so are their any other exercises i could do to strengthen my shoulders, or will they eventually just get stronger over time. Thanks :)
Hey matt, im not an expert but what I do know is that you should warm up your shoulders as good as possible, and I also think that the pain in the shoulders is happening because your shoulders arent strong enogh, so after a couple of sets of dips and push ups they are getting fatigu and there is too much pressure on your shoulder joint. Im sure your joints will get stronger over time and you want have pain any more. I hope I helpped salute!

Good suggestion from yam. If weaker shoulders is your case then just keep going and your shoulders will become stronger over time. I have natural weak shoulders as well, but it doesn't bother me anymore!
