What should I do if I can't complete a level? I was able to complete all the exercises going for the max reps and max sets with no problem except for the push exercises. I wasn't even able to complete the minimum rep for one set. Should I stay on that level and do it for my next workout?
Also, whenever I complete a workout, it is tough for me, but I don't even start sweating and I don't feel fatigued or tired afterwards. Is this normal? Should I add cardio into my workout, if so, what should I do?
