What can you use when you haven't got any equipment to do dips and dips negative?
2 chairs/ a corner of the kitchen/ two desks( put books to make them even)/ a monkey or ladder bar. Basicly any elevated surface you can just put books to level or to get it higher. Hope I helped (:
