So i've been eating a lot for about 2 months now and i've gained 3kg.
I've been getting stronger and stronger but i'm noticing my veins aren't as visible as they used to be.
I had visible shoulder veins when i wasn't flexing and now i only see them when i flex, i've also been gaining fat on my belly and over core
In short, i want to get that vascularity back, get rid of belly fat(not so improtant cause there isn't much)
What can i do? I still want to build muscle and i have to eat alot to do that but i mean there was to be something.

You need to add cardio, at least three sessions a week, and you need to watch your diet. In short, lean bulking. If you have any more questions or doubts, please write them here. I'll be sure to get back to you. Good luck!

What type of cardio should i do? It's winter here in Estonia but i could run outside, it's no problem,

I've heard that you lose some muscle doing cardio and i want to minimize muscle loss
