Run at least one mile three times a week. Or do Chris's fat-burning routine that you can find on YouTube. Bottom line, at least three cardio sessions a week. You could do this:
Sunday: Run one mile
Monday: Full-body workout
Tuesday: Chris's fat-burning routine
Wednesday: Full-body workout
Thursday: Run one mile
Friday: Full-body workout
Saturday: Chris's fat-burning routine
And then start with the full-body workout on Sunday and then take it from there, I already set out the pattern. But it all depends on how you are feeling, too tired, too sore, too busy! Hahaha. Another thing, if you don't want to lose muscle, eat...........like.............a............panda. Hahahahaha, no really, I've heard that they spend like 90% of their awake time eating😂😂😂. Now I don't expect you to eat like that, but you get the point. Eat in calorie surplus to gain mass(let's hope in muscle) and do cardio to lose fat(and show veins, lol). Really, it's a win-win situation. Lose fat, gain muscle=lean bulk. It will take a while though, but it'll be worth it. Good luck!!!
P.S. Protein to gain muscle, especially after Full-body workout and right before going to sleep!
