I have been trying to get past level 12 for a while now but I keep getting set back because of an arm injury involving my left Tricep which I assume to be an overuse issue. It is really lowering my confidence and I feel like i'm always taking a step forward and then a step back because I have to take a week or so break to let it rest. This time i'm going to let it rest for 2 weeks so i'm probably gonna have to start back at level 3-4 which is really depressing. Any motivation or advice to help would be fantastic. I don't want a miracle pill or a top secret training method I just want to put in the work and become a Calisthenics Unity member and even though I keep getting set back I will keep trying.
I'd recommend rest and go visit a doctor! Sorry for late reply. Good advise from Gligor !
