And don't worry if you are held back like that, like I used to worry that I won't be able to make a 1 Year Transformation in time, but I realized it's not so much about the video or the time it takes for a transformation, it's much more about being better than you were, BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE. So I don't care if it takes you or me 1 year or 10 years, as long as you keep giving it your all.
Oh and about going to a sports doctor or something. I went there. Guess what he said? You have tendinitis, rest for a few months. Did I rest? Yeah, for 2 months, it felt like hell. Did the pain come back? Absolutely YES. lol. So like I said, stretching helped me a lot, and don't expect instant results like in 2 days, but overtime it should be fixed. And I'm not saying a sport doctor or something similar is bad, definitely not, it's just that they might diagnose you with something you don't have and tell you to rest for a few months, like they didn't even give me any exercises. Researching it on Youtube or Google or Internet in general is a good way to go, so you might find something new that we didn't tell you. :)
