NewtoTheGame - I hope your pain is subsiding. How has the week been, man?
On my side, it was ups and downs until today. An 80 hour workweek took up all of my time last week and i could only fit in 2 workouts. The good news was that i managed a few sets of 3 pull-ups and 9 dips on the second workout. A personal best! Plus i passed level 5! The bad news: three all-nighters in 8 days, TONS of chocolate, and a few take-out fast food dinners while cramming at the office. There goes 2 weeks of mild calorie deficits and healthy eating lol.
Anyway, time to shake off the dust. My cycle will be lvl 4-6 starting tomorrow. 3 weeks to pass lvl 5. I wonder how long lvl 6 will take. Also, since i now have rings in my garage i need to learn the false grip, which doesnt look easy... Any tips on that welcome!
80 hour workweek? That's insane.. That's like 16 hours a day what the hell. My dad has a 40 hour workweek and he's tired so I can't imagine your situation. Don't worry about eating all of that unhealthy food, if you get back in track fast it's not a big deal and it doesn't really slow the results. About the false grip, I have no idea for the rings, I've only done false grip pull ups on the bar and I almost got tendinitis lol, I won't be trying that for a few months. Internet research helps a lot though.
