Hello Calisthenics Unity.
I am 20 years old and I have always been quite weak, but I am about to change that now. I have been doing calisthenics for the last three weeks, and I thought it would be funny and motivating to write about my progression as I get further and further into calisthenics. The last three weeks has been tough but I am starting to feel stronger and stronger, and in this week I did my very first pull-up and two pull-ups in a row, which is quite big and motivating for me. I will update this thread every sunday with thoughts on my training and my progression.

First and foremost, welcome to the movement. I'm glad you've started working out. Keep posting your progress and any questions/doubts that you may have. Welcome bro. Calisthenics is a great way to get in shape. Good job on getting the pull ups. From 1 pull up it will go to 10, 15 and so on, same with every exercise. Give it all you got, and as a beginner make sure you warm up really good and do stretches, you really don't wanna get injured in the beginning. Like Daniel said, any questions you have, we're a good movement and we try to help you. Go get it man!
