Even though I reply to most questions (hopefully right replies haha), sometimes I need to be the one asking haha.
Anyway lol, I don't know why but I don't feel like doing cardio before eating, but I feel like doing it after eating and then I don't want to eat anything after it (I haven't actually been doing this, I've been doing it before eating, that's why I'm asking if it's bad to do cardio after eating and not eat anything after it). If you don't know, I'm asking about putting muscles at risk of loss or something similar. And my cardio usually contains of Chris' Fat Burning Routine or sometimes 15-20 minutes of just plain jump rope. Hopefully this question isn't a stupid one and makes a little sense lol.
