Unable to complete level 14 due to the incapability of performing one arm push ups. Does anyone have suggestions on how to train for that specific exercise(progressions, exercises)?

Hmmmm, I've never thought of that before. Well, you definitely have to have mastered the push-ups. That's for starters. Other variations like shuttle push-ups and tigerbend also help strengthen other parts of the arm. Work on those in order to gain the strength to do the one-arm push-up. Also, form is crucial when performing the one-arm push-up. Make sure your legs are spread wide and nicely balanced. The hand that you're not using should be set on the opposite leg of the arm that you are using. Also, you don't just go straight down, your torso need to slightly lean to the side of the arm that you will be performing the one-arm push-up.
