Dude, calm down. Chris is a busy guy, don't take it personal if he can't answer. He is doing the best he can with the time he has, so chill out! Ok, back to the question. I would say strict pull-ups should be the way to do them, but I think it's ok if you swing a bit(we all did it). You don't have to go back levels, stay on levels 10,11,12 and rotate around them until you get stronger. Now let me share a secret with you, it's very important, so listen up! You know what I do when I get motivated? I workout! You know what I do when I'm not motivated? I workout! It's that simple. Why? Because motivation isn't the reason for me to workout, it's only a tool I use, an energizer. So whenever you're not motivated, remember the reason why it is that you're working out, it should be bigger than your excuse. And don't worry about bad English(no one is perfect), keep posting questions, doubts, and progress. Keep it up bro, and remember.......BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!! Calisthenics Unity ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!
