I just watched the top 6 nutrition video and one of them was working out in an empty stomach. I workout in the mornings then after my WO I eat breakfast should I be eating something before working out?
It depends, as always, but I'd recommend eating something simple, like a banana or an avocado before working out. You need some energy to complete Your workouts!

You need energy for your workouts, and you need to stay in calorie surplus if you want to put on weight - that might be hard if you don't eat breakfast before working out.
