is there any archer pushups in the program? I just think they look cool and didn't see them.
Neither do I see them in the program. But dude, You can always add it instead of, for instance, normal push ups. If You can't perform it yet, try doing knee archer push ups, it's a good progression exercise :D Good luck!
Just starting. I have always lifted weights but ya for sure.
But, if You are a beginner, just stick to the routine, guess it will work better!
Don't worry you can always add it as Matthew said. You don't even have to switch, you can adjust the program however you like, you can add it as an extra exercise. Or you can do it before your actual workout or something :D
Or do it on the burnout routine! I always like to practice my skills and tricks on the burnout routine. I think it's awesome. And since you're muscles are more than warned up, you are ready to perform. Good luck out there! Safety first!
