This is my new breakfast, tell me if it's ok:
- greek yougurt (0% fats but 12g of sugar and 8g of protein) with almonds and walnuts
- two rice cakes (i don't know how to call it, but are healthy pieces of riso๐๐) with honey
- a banana
Sounds good to me, yet you might want to find a yogurt with a bit less sugar though. It needs to be natural organic honey. And I would add orange juice or just water. Other than that, looks like you're set!
Rice cakes? These light ones? Dude, if you want to put on weight I'd recommend cottage cheese and a bowl of oatmeals with milk, but yoghurt is good as well, and of course something about 200-300ml of water ( that's the amount our body can handle at once, rest won't be used, I've read an article about it somewhere ). And, if Your goal is to lose some fat, I'd go for drinking warm water with lemon juice, something about 20-30minutes before breakfast :D
Light cottage cheese is 11-12g of protein and 3g fat, I don't remember the amountof sugar :/
I think mostly he just wanted approval and not so much us telling him what to eat. Good recommendations though! But I think he already knows a lot of stuff, and what he just said about his breakfast is what he can work with everyday.
It was just an example Daniel Malo :D It would be good to make a post about breakfast variations tho, where all of You could recommend something daily :D
